 Organea Return & Refund Policy

At Organea, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. Because our products are natural, personal-care items, we maintain a strict and transparent return/refund policy to ensure fairness and product safety.

Return Eligibility

    • Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

    • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • If the bottle arrives damaged or broken, you must provide clear unboxing video evidence at the time of opening the parcel.

    • Once verified, we will accept the return and process your refund.

    • Return delivery/shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  2. Money-Back Guarantee (Results-Based Refund)

    • We proudly offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee if you do not see results.

      • Use the product exactly as recommended (massage into scalp at least 3 times a week).

      • Provide before-and-after photo/video evidence showing lack of results.

        To qualify, you must:

         

    • In such cases, only the product cost will be refunded.

    • Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Return delivery/shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

     

    • Products are not exchangeable for any other item, variant, or product. Refunds are the only option under our policy.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Any product that has been used without proper evidence of non-performance.

  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.

  • Returns requested after the allowed timeframes (7 days for damage claims / 30 days for result-based guarantee).

  • Delivery/shipping charges.

Refund Process

  • Once your return/refund request is approved, we will notify you via email or phone.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to release the funds.
